Programme d’Action Communautaire phase III (PAC III)

Title of the mission:

Accounting and Financial Audit of the Accounts of the Program (PAC III) for the financial years 2016 and 2017 including the closing period.

Project description:

The Program (PAC III)  is designed as an “Adaptable Programmable Loan” to be implemented over a 12-year period divided into 3 phases of 4 years each. It is one of the key instruments of the Government of Niger for the implementation of the Economic and Social Development Plan (PDES-2012-2015) and the “Three N” Initiative Nigeriens Nourish Nigeriens (I3N).

The objectives of the project are:

1. Strengthen the Recipient’s local development planning and implementation capacity, including its ability to respond quickly and effectively in the event of a Crisis or Eligible Emergency; and
2. Improve access of target populations to socio-economic services.

• Controlling the conformity of procurement with the financing agreement and national legislation
